By using the GovFast platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform.

Description of Services

GovFast is an intermediary platform that provides government transaction services on behalf of clients. We handle the completion of transactions with the relevant government entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Client Obligations

  • Provide correct, accurate, and complete information
  • Provide all documents required for the transaction
  • Pay service fees and government fees on time
  • Respond to our team's requests for additional information
  • Not use the platform for any illegal purposes

Fees and Payment

  • Service fees include transaction processing charges only
  • Government fees (if any) are displayed separately
  • VAT (15%) is included in displayed prices
  • Payment is made electronically through a secure payment gateway

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled with full refund before transaction processing begins
  • After processing begins, refunds are based on the transaction stage after deducting incurred costs
  • Government fees paid are non-refundable
  • If the transaction is rejected by the government entity for reasons beyond our control, only service fees are refunded

Completion Time

We are committed to completing transactions as quickly as possible. However, completion time may be affected by factors beyond our control such as government procedures, official holidays, or missing documents.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by government entities
  • We are not liable for transaction rejection due to incorrect information provided by the client
  • Our liability is limited to the service fees paid

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the platform including text, designs, and logos are the property of GovFast and protected by intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated last modified date. Your continued use of the platform after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance.
